Summer has come to an end with school starting again. The end of summer is often bittersweet, but let’s take a look at some of our Sower summer highlights!
June: Soccer Camp
Soccer camp was back in full swing this year! It is always a joy to serve the community around us in any way possible, including through this free soccer camp we hosted through the month of June! It was a big success, and we couldn’t have done it without all of our wonderful volunteers!
July: Teen Conference
In July, Sower partnered with other local churches in the area to host True DNA: 2021 Teen Conference. This conference dug into some of the hard questions of the teen years including who they really are – rooted in Christ.
August: Campus Ministry Merger
In August, we saw our campus ministry merger! And boy has RC3 been busy! All of our amazing campus ministers have been busy connecting with students at UNL for the entire month of August, and they won’t be stopping anytime soon!
This summer has been full of fun activities and good changes. We are sad to see our Sower summer end but excited for what God has in store for the fall!
